CHECK-IN
We aim to have your room ready by 16:00. If you arrive earlier and early check-in is unavailable, you can enjoy our activities or relax by the fireplace in the restaurant while we store your luggage. At check-in, we need to see the passport or national ID of the person whose name is on the booking, as well as their credit card.
CHECK-OUT
Please check out by 11:00. We are happy to store your luggage after check-out. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
FREE PARKING
Free parking is available at the resort. Electrical outlets for engine heaters are also available in the parking area when needed.
BREAKFAST
Your booking includes breakfast, served daily in our restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00.
LUNCH
Lunch is available for an additional fee from 12:00 to 15:00.
DINNER
Dinner is included during the Northern Lights season and is served in our restaurant from 18:00 to 21:00. Please reserve a table in advance.
CHILDREN
Our resort, experiences, and activities are designed for adults and older children. We welcome guests aged 12 years and older.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Guests who smoke in their room will be charged an additional EUR 350 housekeeping fee, payable on departure or charged to the card used for the booking.

FREE WIFI
Free broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including guest rooms and public areas.
EQUIPMENT
A range of winter equipment is available free of charge, including snowshoes, ice skates, toboggans, kick sleds, and skis.
WINTER CLOTHING
If you book an activity with us, we will provide thermal clothing for the duration of your stay. Thermal clothing can also be rented separately on request.
REINDEER AND WILDLIFE
A herd of reindeer lives at the resort. You may feed them with one of our guides, but please do not feed them on your own. They should eat only the special reindeer food we provide. Other wildlife around the resort is harmless and shy, so please do not disturb it. You can book a reindeer-feeding activity at reception.
