Accommodation Online Booking
The accommodation online booking system is provided by Clock Software Ltd., which handles information securely.
CUSTOMER DATABASE / REGISTRY
When a customer books with us, we may collect personal data to provide services, manage the customer relationship, and contact the customer as needed. Finnish law (Laki majoitus- ja ravitsemistoiminnasta 2006/308 6 §) requires us to store traveller information.
Information is stored in the customer database provided by the accommodation online booking system mentioned above. If provided, the system may hold the customer’s name, phone number, email address, postal address, date of birth, services used, and secured payment details.
Data is stored for at least one year. Information entered online is protected using standard SSL technology.
Contact details are used only to provide services. We do not share this information with third parties.
