CHECK-IN

We do everything humanly possible to have your room ready for you by 4 PM. In case you’d arrive earlier and early check-in wouldn’t be an option we have plenty of amazing activities for you to enjoy! Or you may just chill out and relax by the fireplace at our beautiful restaurant. We’ll look after your luggage! When checking in, we need to have a quick look at the passport or national ID of the person in who’s name the room has been booked, as well as their credit-card.

CHECK-OUT

We kindly ask you to check-out by 11 AM. Once again, we’re more than happy to look after your luggage for you on that day. You may request a late check-out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

FREE PARKING

We have plenty of parking space for you to par your car, free of charge! We even provide an electricity outlet at the parking place to plug your car in for heater, if needed.

BREAKFAST

Your booking includes breakfast served at our beautiful restaurant every day from 8AM to 10AM.

LUNCH

Lunch is available at extra cost from 12:00 – 15:00.

DINNER

Dinner is always included during northern lights season and will be served at our restaurant from 6PM until 9PM. Please reserve a table for dinner!

CHILDREN

Our entire resort, all of our experiences and activities are tailored for adults and older children. We therefore welcome guests aged 12+

SMOKING

Prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, as well as the rooms. Guests that do smoke in their room are charged an additional €350,00 housekeeping fee, payable upon departure, or charged directly from your credit card after departure.

FREE WIFI

We have free broadband wifi available throughout the resort, in your room and public areas.

EQUIPMENT

There are plenty of winter equipment available free of charge, like: snowshoes, ice-skates, toboggans, kick-sledges, skis etc.

WINTER CLOTHING

In case you’ve booked even a single activity with us, we’ll provide you with thermal clothing that you can keep for the duration of your stay. In case you’d like to rent the winter clothing only, please let us know.

REINDEER AND WILDLIFE

There is a herd of reindeer living with us at the resort. You may feed the reindeer with our guide but please do not feed them on your own. They should only eat the special reindeer food we provide to avoid health problems. The other wildlife you may see around the resort are harmless and shy, please do not disturb them. Book your reindeer feeding activity at the front desk.
