Aurora Village’s website www.auroravillage.fi do not store any sensitive information (ie. credit card data) on their servers, but use trusted  payment gateway providers to process and store information.

Accommodation Online Booking system is provided and information securely handled by CLOCK SOFTWARE LTD.

CUSTOMER DATABASE / REGISTRY

Once the customer books with us we may collect personal data to serve the customer and to manage the customer relation, for example, to be able to contact the customer as part of providing the service. The Finnish law (Laki majoitus- ja ravitsemistoiminnasta 2006/308 6§) require storing traveller information.

The information is saved into our customer database provided by the “Accommodation Online Booking” system mentioned above. The system securely holds the following data, if given: Name, Phone number, Email address, Post address, Date of birth, Services used, Payment details (secured)
All data is stored for minimum 1 year. All information entered online is protected by technologies like standard SSL
Your contact details will be used only to provide the best possible service. No information will be given to any 3rd parties.
