Sauna is equipped with WC, showers, dressing room, soap and shampoo, and the outdoor jacuzzi.

Barrel Sauna with the natural swimming spot offer more traditional sauna experience with its wood-heated stove and winter-fresh swimming water.

This sauna is equipped with carried water, tiny dressing room, but no toilets.

We offer stays in a glass-roof Aurora Cabin, that offers complete peacefulness, and sweet dreams in a warm and cozy bed with a view of the Northern sky – not forgetting your privacy.

DINING IN RESTAURANT LOIMU

Rate includes breakfast and dinner in a unique Restaurant Loimu at our main building.

Lunch is also available from our lunch menu at extra cost.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Please book your transfer well in advance. You can book by email at [email protected]. Tell us your flight number and estimated arrival time in Ivalo. We will follow up possible changes in the flight schedule and our driver will meet you at the airport with an Aurora Village sign.

CAMPFIRE SITES

Enjoying winter at the Aurora Village Ivalo Lapland Finland.
You are welcome to use our Laavu and Kota campfire sites to put up a nice campfire, grill some sausages or marshmallows on your own.

 

TREKKING PATHS

Our front yard is the beginning of many wonderful hiking paths for everyone’s taste.

The shortest labeled path is 950m long and on the longest unlabeled ones you can make hundreds of kilometers, if you wish. You can find cliffs,  cloth forest, wilderness lakes and mountains/fells. These tracks are good for bicycling, walking, jogging, trekking year-round.
